The Tragedy of PS752: Uncovering a Premeditated Act
On January 8, 2020, Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 departed from Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport bound for Kyiv, Ukraine. Among its passengers were families returning from holiday visits, students heading back to universities abroad, and travelers from various nations. Little did they know, their journey would tragically end just minutes after takeoff.
Amidst heightened tensions following the US assassination of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani, Iran was on high alert for potential retaliatory strikes. In this tense atmosphere, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Iran's elite military force, manned air defense systems across the country.
As Flight PS752 climbed into the night sky, it was suddenly targeted by two surface-to-air missiles fired by an IRGC operator. The impact was catastrophic. The Boeing 737-800, carrying 176 souls, was struck down in a fiery explosion near the town of Parand, killing everyone aboard. The world watched in horror as the true nature of the disaster unfolded.
Initially, Iranian authorities denied any involvement, suggesting technical malfunction or pilot error as probable causes. However, mounting evidence, including satellite imagery and international intelligence, pointed unequivocally towards a missile strike.
Amidst global outrage and pressure for accountability, Iran reluctantly admitted, several days later, that its military had indeed shot down the civilian airliner. They attributed the tragic error to heightened tensions and mistaking the aircraft for a hostile target.
The admission sparked international condemnation and profound grief. Countries affected, particularly Canada and Ukraine, where many victims were citizens or residents, demanded justice and transparency. Families and friends mourned the loss of loved ones, while governments sought answers and accountability.
Investigations by international bodies, including Canada's Transportation Safety Board and Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, continue to unravel the circumstances leading to the downing of PS752. Efforts to hold those responsible accountable and provide restitution to the victims' families remain ongoing and contentious.
The downing of PS752 stands as a stark reminder of the human cost of geopolitical tensions and the imperative of transparency in military operations. It serves as a call for justice and a testament to the enduring grief of those left behind.

FACT:

We know that ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) does not have the necessary expertise in military affairs. Why did ICAO get involved in this crime when the perpetrator is a military organization? According to all legal and military experts, this is completely wrong, and the case for investigation should be referred to the UN Security Council, or the intelligence and investigation department of the Ukrainian Army, or independent investigations such as the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) or the Canadian Armed Forces, not to a non-specialized organization in military and defense matters like ICAO.
